Plain language, short version first.

The short version: if you book a demo or email us, your name and email are kept in our CRM so we can run the session and follow up. Nothing is sold, nothing goes to advertisers, and one email from you deletes it. No ad trackers, no analytics cookies, no data brokers.
What we collect
- What you give us: your name and email address when you book a demo (scheduling runs through Calendly) or email us.
- Context that arrives with it: which page you arrived from, campaign tags in the link you clicked (UTM parameters), and the referring page. We use this to learn which message resonates, nothing else.
- What this site does not do: no tracking cookies, no analytics scripts, no fingerprinting, no advertising pixels. The pages load their typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser requests those font files from Google when a page loads. Beyond that, the only thing kept in your browser is your light/dark theme choice, on your device.
Why we use it
- To schedule and run the working session you asked for, and to follow up on it.
- To understand which of our pages and messages work.
That is the full list. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Where it lives
Demo bookings are handled by Calendly, contact details are kept in our CRM (hosted by Notion), and pages are served by our website host (Cloudflare). All three act as processors on our behalf. Your entry stays until the conversation ends or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of everything associated with your email, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email hello@manykind.ai or reply to any email we send you. Deletion requests are honored within 14 days. If you are in the EU/EEA, these rights are yours under the GDPR; we are based in the EU and apply the same standard to everyone.
Early-access terms
- ManyKind is in early access. Pages and features shown before launch are previews and can change. We describe ManyKind as a system of record for professional findings: that is what it is built to be, not a guarantee of availability or of feature stability during early access.
- Booking a demo costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
- Your matter records, and the Findings built from them, are your work product. Using ManyKind never transfers ownership of them to us.
- Records you place in a workspace are encrypted before they are stored, and access is yours to grant and revoke.
- The service is provided as is during early access, without warranties; we work hard, we are also small.
Changes
